Grownix Digital is looking for a creative Social Media Strategist/Manager who can help us create and drive trends, not just follow them.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies and content calendars for different sector clients. Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Plan, create, and manage social media content that is engaging and informative. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices. Work with the design team to create appealing graphics and animations within deadlines. Provide constructive feedback to the design team. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network. Measure the success of social media campaigns by compiling monthly reports.
Requirements & Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or Strategist (agency experience is beneficial). Campaign boosting for brand awareness. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Google+, Snapchat, TikTok, and social media best practices. Good understanding of social media KPIs. Excellent multitasking and time management skills. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. BS/Master's degree in marketing or relevant field.
